...
So this is what happens to your elbow when you trip over first base... Yeah its dislocated.
And broken

in about 5 places
this is before it was put back in place, this is before the bloodcurdling scream that echoed throughout the ER...and the waiting room... I think someone even left the hospital for fear of the pain THEY would be in in the ER :) I plugged my ears and begged someone to tell me when it was over. He was supposed to feel nothing....
This is the drug that they figured he would need about 5 mg of to put him out for it. (notice there is 20mg in the syringe?) He wasnt supposed to feel anything (and he had already had 13 mg of morphine)
this is what was left (its a paralytic....used to sedate patients on resperators, so that they won't fight the tube.) As we heard from the screams, it didn't work.
this is jon after it was put back in place, on the second try ... before he was told he needs surgery. Tomorrow. And that he can't go to mexico to shoot his buddies wedding. I don't think taking a picture of that face would have gone over well. In fact, I think it would have been grounds for divorce.
Wait until you all see the pictures of the X ray's! they're coming!
Also the incision pictures... once the surgery is done. (the surgery that involves removal of the pulverised radial head, and a steel replacement ball in the joint, as well as reconstructive ligament surgery)
It was a very bad day.
And we think there will be more to come.
