Take a 10 minute break every hour, run around your house, do sit ups, jumping jacks, anything to get the blood flowing
Make lists of what you have to do and remember to cross off the things you accomplish!
Set a study schedule
Set a LIFE schedule
Find something that destresses you...taking pictures, drawing, running, anthing that you can do and get totally absorbed in
Eat well..every day
Lay off the caffeine.. it will only stop you from sleeping
Watch a movie with no educational value
Read a book that is brain candy!
Tell someone when you feel stressed.. it's ok to admit it
Laugh
Play with your pets.. or if you don't have one play with one the belongs to a friend. They are great to study with!!
Breathe
And finally...... remember that the worst thing that can happen is you don't do as well as you wanted. Your life will not end! It is ok. It will all work out.
